I am a graduate of Missouri State (Geology, 1991, magna cum laude) and Missouri University of Science and Technology (Geological Engineering, 2006, cum laude). I’ve also completed about 40 hours of postgraduate work in aqueous geochemistry, and resources planning.
I spent five-plus years of private consulting work encompassing hydrogeology, site characterization, environmental site assessments, and expert witness prep. I was mentored by some fantastic professional engineers and PhDs, particularly in hydrogeology.
I then spent over seven years with Williams & Company Consulting/Missouri PSTIF, during which I worked with, and learned from, most of the consulting companies and regulators for tanks sites in the state. In those seven years, I worked on over 150 sites, and helped manage approximately $20 million in funding.
I am a Missouri boy, having grown up in Richland and Columbia, and have also lived in Kansas City, St. Joe, Springfield, Rolla, and Chesterfield. I know this state! Besides extensive work in Missouri, I’ve worked at sites in Ohio, West Virginia, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska.
